Our black angus steers are raised on dry hay and fermented wet hay and processed at optimal age of 18-24 months. They will dry age 14-21 days. We do occasionally offer smaller quantities of beef. Due to the limited amount of cattle we have this year, we will only be offering quarters. If you wish to buy more, please add to your cart accordingly.
