Our black angus steers are raised on dry hay and fermented wet hay and processed at optimal age of 18-24 months. They will dry age 14-21 days. We do occasionally offer smaller quantities of beef. Get on our email list to be notified when we have individual cuts and ground beef in stock. We are now sold out of scheduled beef shares for 2025.
