Our black angus steers are raised on dry hay and fermented wet hay and processed at optimal age of 18-24 months. They will dry age 14-21 days. We do occasionally offer smaller quantities of beef. Get on our email list to be notified when we have individual cuts and ground beef in stock. Beef Shares for January & February 2026 are now opened up. Due to the limited amount of cattle we have for next year, we will only be offering quarters. If you wish to buy more, please add to your cart accordingly. We will have more beef in the Fall of 2026. An email will be sent out when those slots open up. Please note that pricing may vary based on current cattle market conditions. However, once a deposit is received, your price is secured and will not change.
