Our black angus steers are raised on dry hay and fermented wet hay and processed at optimal age of 18-24 months. They will dry age 14-21 days. We do occasionally offer smaller quantities of beef. Get on our email list to be notified when we have individual cuts and ground beef in stock. We are now sold out of scheduled beef shares for 2025. Please join our waiting list and be the first notified when more beef becomes available. We will reach out in the order received. Please note that pricing may vary based on current cattle market conditions. However, once a deposit is received, your price is secured and will not change.
