Our Meats

Beef

We raise 100% grass-fed and finished cattle until they reach 18 months to 2 years of age. This is prime age for tender, flavorful tasting beef. Our cattle are regularly rotated to new pasture to provide fresh, nutritious forage. In the Winter months, our cattle are supplemented with our own hay. They are never given any added hormones or antibiotics.

 

After being dry aged between 10-14 days. Our retail beef is packaged at a USDA certified and inspected facility in Lancaster County. Our bulk beef is packaged at Zimmerman's Custom Butcher in Lititz.

Pork

Our pigs are raised on an all-natural diet. Once the pigs are weaned, we finish them off for approximately five months on our own feed mixed here on the farm. Their feed includes an all natural diet of our own non gmo corn, locally farmed soy beans, vitamins and minerals. Our retail pork is packaged at a USDA certified and inspected facility in Lancaster County. Our bulk pork is packaged at Stohler's Meat Market which is known for their incredible smoked products and array of sausage flavors.
